If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We observe a 5-minute grace period; if you arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time, we may still be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated session. At Enforma, our mission is to make wellness more accessible and effective—empowering our clients to feel their best and live fully. In order to provide seamless scheduling and optimize availability for all guests, we’ve established the following Late Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival policy.
Appointments may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Any session credits used for the appointment will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a late cancellation fee of 20% of the standard (non-member) service price will be charged to the card on file.
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, a no-show fee of 30% of the standard (non-member) service cost will be charged to the card on file.
